Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Beyond the gorillas, the park is a biodiversity hotspot, protecting over 120 mammal species (including chimpanzees and forest elephants), 350 species of birds, and an exceptional array of endemic flora, all within a vital water catchment area on the edge of the Albertine Rift Valley.
